Ben Shichman, NexGen's President, has written a practical article about Web Site Outsourcing for nonprofit organizations. The article wil be published by TechSoup and is part of the Adopting Technology Series which is produced by Dot Org Media.

The article examines the general process an organization should go through in determining what its needs are for a web site, as well as important issues to consider when working with a consultant or vendor.

The article is set to be published online in late March 2003.
