NexGen Information Systems has completed an analysis of web hosting providers for the Clean Water Network (CWN). Unhappy with their current hosting solution, CWN sought help in examining the hosting options available in the market today.

NexGen Information Systems analyzed CWN’s existing solution, and discussed CWN’s requirements for hosting, which included multiple ListServs. The resulting analysis and implementation plan will result in a savings of 40% per year in hosting costs for CWN, while at the same time offering them an increased level of service.

CWN is hoping to implement the revised hosting solution over the coming weeks.

The Clean Water Network is an alliance of over 1,100 organizations that endorse their platform paper, the National Agenda for Clean Water. The Agenda outlines the need for strong clean water safeguards in order to protect public health and the environment.

The Clean Water Network includes a variety of organizations representing environmentalists, commercial fishermen, recreational anglers, surfers, boaters, farmers, faith communities, environmental justice advocates, labor unions, urban communities, consumers, recreationalists and others.
